- Detailed description of the project:
Within the framework of the tender, we intend to purchase an AMC-SCHOU K-2000U crankshaft grinding machine, which represents a significant technological advance for our company, Fortuna Műszaki Bt. The machine is an industrial-grade, high-precision device that enables the precise repair and refurbishment of internal combustion engine crankshafts. Engine refurbishment, as an engineering activity, requires complex administrative and production organization processes. Order tracking, customer-specific work scheduling, and documentation are critical. The Cloud9 system’s CRM, Document Management, Remote and Group Work modules accompany the sales process from quotation to invoicing, including the individual phases of engine refurbishment. The traceability of work processes and customer history management enable more efficient communication and collaboration between groups.
